Administrative Assistant

Location: Middleton, WI

ACD Distribution, a leader in the hobby, gaming and toy industry has an opening for an Administrative Assistant, in Middleton, WI. This position will perform general administrative tasks and will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry
  • Handling of confidential information
  • Assists with preparing meetings, conferences, programs, and special events/parties
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contact lists
  • File, type, copy, scan, organize, and schedule appointments
  • Provide general support as needed to Admin staff

Qualifications:

  • Some college
  • 3 plus years relevant experience
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, helpful

Compensation Details

  • $20.00 - $23.00 per/hour
  • Insurance coverage – medical, dental, life and disability
  • 401(K) with company match

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00PM, however this position does have an option for some flexibility.
